Based in Hokkaido, BREEZE develops and manages vacation rentals and unstaffed hotels throughout Japan.
We provide end-to-end support, from creating inviting spaces and developing sales strategies for online travel agencies (OTAs) to improving search rankings, adjusting prices and refining day-to-day operations. By bringing out each property’s full potential, we create places that do more than attract bookings: they delight guests and remain a preferred choice.
We currently operate and manage at least 70 rooms across Japan, primarily in Hokkaido. We help owners increase revenue and build accommodation businesses that can operate reliably over the long term.
